ABOUT UNFOLD

The Work

Meet Sienna

I’m Sienna — and this is how Unfold began.

I've been inside my own head for as long as I can remember.

Overanalyzing. Looping. Exhausted by my own thinking. At 14 I'd already read the books, watched the content, tried everything the self-help world offered. And I remember the exact moment I realized nothing was actually changing.

Not because I wasn't trying hard enough. But because information doesn't restructure a nervous system. You can understand a pattern completely and still not be able to stop it.

That loss, of believing the right book would finally fix it, made me angry. And it made me want to understand what actually works.

Unfold is what I built from that search.

How I work

Overthinking isn't random. Perfectionism isn't random. People-pleasing, self-doubt, emotional loops — none of them are character flaws.

They are adaptations. Intelligent strategies your nervous system built to survive something at some point in your life.

The problem isn't the symptom. It's the underlying structure that keeps recreating it.

That's where I work. Not at the surface. Not just in awareness. At the root.

Because when the root shifts, the patterns lose their function.

Not everything I offer works at that level — some tools are designed to interrupt first, because root work requires a regulated system to land. I'll always be transparent about which is which in the product descriptions.

My approach

Root work is not mystical. It's structural.

I've spent years studying the mechanisms behind change — psychology, trauma-informed approaches, nervous system regulation, somatic work, behavioral science, identity-level transformation. Not to collect information, but to understand what actually shifts people.

Through frameworks, structured tools, and system-based thinking, I help you identify the root structure behind your patterns, deconstruct inherited belief systems, regulate your nervous system at a deeper level, and rebuild identity from the inside out.

This is not motivational work. It's structural work.

Is this for you?

You can spend years working on yourself. Reading. Reflecting. Becoming more aware. And still feel like you're running the same emotional program.

Not because you're incapable. But because the mechanism that created the pattern was never addressed.

This is for you if you're highly self-aware but still stuck. If you've tried surface-level self-help and it didn't last. If you don't want coping strategies — you want structural change.

If you're looking for quick relief, this isn't the place.
If you're ready for real change — welcome.
