I didn't find something
that worked.
So I built it.

I've been inside my own head for as long as I can remember — overanalyzing, looping, exhausted by my own awareness.

No matter how much I understood, it didn't stop. The shift didn't come from more insight. It came from finally working at the level where patterns actually live — and from meeting myself there with love, not more pressure.

I tried everything. Self-help, journaling, meditation, every framework that promised change. And I understood myself — deeply. I could trace every pattern back to where it started.

But in the moment that actually mattered — the conversation, the trigger, the familiar pull — none of that was there. My body moved faster than my awareness.
